| Juan has spent more than 25 years in the parcel services sector in the USA, Europe and Latin America. Prior to founding RedPack, he was CEO of Droppoint Ltd, a UK-based provider of logistics solutions for field service management organizations. He spent 20 years at United Parcel Service (UPS) where his last position was director of engineering for Europe. In 1997, he left to start an entrepreneurial venture, as founder and managing director of 7C Ltd, a provider of outsourced call center services which grew to over 3000 employees in 3 years. In 2001, the business was sold and he moved on to found Droppoint Ltd. Juan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami. |
